In 2008, on a foggy Halloween night in Prague, Conor had an epiphany: he needed to open a Brewery! A few days later, the idea for Half Full Brewery was born. It's only appropriate that we celebrate a 2008 epiphany that is now a 2012 reality.
We will have Oktoberfest inspired cuisine and Pumpkin Beer-Floats courtesy of Station Eats
Live Music from Blues/Funk/Rock band Roxy's Traveling Roadhouse
Open Taps featuring our Bright Ale, Pumpkin Ale, InaugurAle and I.P.A
Expect a costume contest, beer-apple bobbing and ghoulish behavior!
The band has been booked, the menu is set and the beer has been brewed.
Don your best costume and get ready for a bash!
* Please do your best to take public transportation. The Brewery is roughly 1 mile ($6 Cab) from the Stamford Metro North Train Station. If you are driving you can find directions here. Parking is located both in front of the Brewery and in the back, which is off Selleck Street at the entrance to SP&G Graphics.
